Experteer Overview As a key member of the finance/Corporate Development function, you drive financial diligence and integration for acquisitions while ensuring robust accounting, reporting, and governance. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational objectives and to support fundraising and investor relations. You shape the post-acquisition roadmap, optimize fiscal structures, and reinforce controls to sustain growth and value creation in a high‐ambition environment. You will work in a fast‐paced setting that rewards initiative, rigor, and ethical business practices. Retribuzione / Benefits Oversee financial and tax due diligence for acquisitions and related restructuring activities Lead post-M&A; integration to align financial, operational,
and reporting processes Prepare accurate financial statements and reports; collaborate with cross‐functional teams on budgets Support investor relations and fundraising; prepare board materials and minutes; engage with banks and institutional stakeholders Ensure compliance of financial statements with accounting standards and tax regulations; strengthen internal controls Facilitate external and internal audits Optimize equity plans and address employee questions related to equity Identify fiscal incentives and design intercompany flow and related strategies Responsabilità Proficiency in English Experience in due diligence and post-M&A; integration Accounting, reporting, and financial planning expertise Investor relations and fundraising support experience Compliance, internal controls, and audit coordination Equity plan administration Knowledge of intercompany structures and fiscal optimization #J-18808-Ljbffr
