Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (Sales Directors, HR Managers)
Collaborative and grounded
Curious and eager to grow
Requirements:
University degree
Experience in B2B (consulting, services, or training environments)
Interest or experience in sales training or capability development is a plus
What you'll do
Develop new business opportunities through consultative engagement
Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Contribute to the design of tailored client solutions
Coordinate with internal teams, trainers, and partners
Play an active role in project management and delivery
Ensure alignment between client needs and execution
