Experteer Overview In this senior leadership role, you will define and drive the multi-year EU transportation procurement strategy across outbound and non-outbound programs, overseeing a large spend and a high-performing team. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize cost, speed, and capacity while advancing sustainability and innovation. The position offers wide geographic scope, strategic influence, and direct impact on customer delivery at scale. A strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead diverse teams are essential. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and own the multi-year EU transportation procurement strategy aligned to growth, cost targets, and customer experience goals Lead and develop a high-performing team of Procurement Managers and Buyers; attract, retain, and grow top talent Drive carrier sourcing strategies across multiple countries: identify, qualify, negotiate,



and onboard carriers Negotiate favorable terms with national postal operators and express carriers at enterprise scale Deliver year-over-year cost savings while maintaining or improving service quality Establish carrier performance management frameworks: define KPIs, run QBRs, drive continuous improvement Maintain relationships with Transportation Suppliers at CCO and CEO levels for peak periods Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and country leadership to align strategies Drive innovation in carrier services, sustainability initiatives, and speed improvements Develop and maintain contract frameworks and governance per Spend and Transaction Policy Represent EU Transportation Procurement in executive forums; moderate strategic reviews with senior leadership and carrier C-suite Champion AI best practices across the EU procurement organization; scale Gen AI approaches across programs Responsabilità Experience in transportation and supply chain Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
