About Your Opportunity Seqwater is one of the largest landholders in South East Queensland, managing more than 68,000 hectares across a diverse operational footprint. As Manager Property Services , you will lead enterprise-wide property services and provide trusted advice on land tenure, including leases, licences, easements, access arrangements and commercial agreements. Seqwater manages more than 500 leases, licences and deeds supporting a range of uses. This role shapes how Seqwater manages,



protects and optimises its property portfolio while supporting essential water services for communities. It operates in an active transaction environment, supporting acquisition of land for major capital projects and divestment of land no longer required. You will drive strategic property outcomes, strengthen governance and compliance, and lead a team to deliver practical, commercially sound solutions in a complex stakeholder environment.
