Experteer Overview As Laboratory Engineer, you contribute to New Product Development by supporting design that aligns with company goals and cross‐functional needs. You will conduct experiments, validate prototypes, and develop test methods while analyzing performance and failure modes. Responsibilities Conduct experiments and research to advance key know-how
Oversee testing of prototypes, pre‐production, and production products
Write test reports and assist in developing test methods and DFMEA studies
Explore new technical solutions via experiments or innovation




Analyze products and prototypes for failure modes
Perform firmware analysis and debugging
Prepare and set up prototypes
Test components
Qualifications Engineering degree in mechanical, electronic or mechatronic field
1+ years of experience
Previous laboratory engineer experience in medium‐large companies is a plus
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
