We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven background in the eyewear industry to join our team as a Senior Optician/Optometrist at one of our stores in the center of Rome. The store is distinguished by its professionalism, elegance, and passion, offering a refined environment with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Conduct advanced eye examinations and refraction assessments.
Fit and assemble ophthalmic lenses using computerized equipment.
Provide personalized advice and recommendations based on each customer's needs.
Mentor, coordinate, and support junior colleagues and interns.
Assist with store management and visual merchandising activities.




Requirements Qualified Optician/Optometrist diploma with valid professional certification/licensure.
Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in the optical industry, preferably within the luxury segment.
English proficiency; C1 certification is preferred.
Knowledge of the Focus management system or similar retail management software.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for design, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, with precision and initiative.
