Experteer Overview In this role, you define and control inventory levels and manage the Repair Loop to meet Warranty Operations needs while minimizing cash immobilization. You will shape the Services Material planning and inventory strategy, ensure material availability, and improve inventory performance within SAP-based processes. The position sits at the intersection of planning, logistics and sourcing, contributing to Alstom's greener, smarter mobility vision. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline repair orders, ship materials, and reduce stockouts, delivering measurable supply chain improvements.
Responsibilities Define and execute services material planning and inventory strategy aligned with warranty obligations
Guarantee material availability through scheduling and follow-up
Improve materials availability and inventory management performance
Interface with internal/external functions to ensure timely repair order processing
Define reorder strategy to reduce stock‐outs
Set parts categories for planning and replenishment
Manage shipments between Central Warehouse, customers, and repair centres
Ensure full traceability of broken parts within SAP
Support warehouse team to guarantee timely delivery to customers
Provide forecast and priority lists to sourcing
Define and implement planning improvements and ERP parameter setup
Improve planning tools using historical data and customer plans
Analyse inventory content to adjust planning strategies
Lead inventory reduction improvement plans and measure supply chain performance
Create analytical reports for performance assessment
Qualifications Strong knowledge of SAP and other information systems for materials management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Data extraction and manipulation capabilities
Excellent command of English
Experience in Supply Chain (almost 2 years)
