Key Responsibilities
Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient support to Italian-speaking customers regarding Fitbit devices,



wearable fitness trackers, smartwatches, and associated wellness applications via phone, email, and live chat channels
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Fitbit hardware, firmware, Bluetooth connectivity, app synchronisation, and account management, ensuring customers can seamlessly track their health and fitness goals
Guide customers through the setup, calibration, and optimal use of Fitbit products, empowering them to maximise the benefits of their fitness and wellness journey
Accurately log all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within the internal CRM system, maintaining high standards of data quality and documentation
