- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert - SC:100.
- Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate - SC:200.
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate - SC:300.
- Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate - SC:400.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate - MS:500.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate - AZ:500.
- CISSP/CISM/CISA

Key Responsibilities
- Helping clients realize meaningful business growth through workplace transformation with Copilot and agents, working with account teams to shape, sell and coordinate delivery of propositions that address client challenges.
- Developing pragmatic, deliverable and sustainable Copilot solutions and roadmaps that allow clients to address business needs and maximize value of their Microsoft investments.
- Contributing to the development and evolution of future‑focused workplace and organization transformation propositions and solutions.




- Supporting the selling and implementation of Copilot propositions in response to market demand and digital trends.
- Assisting senior team members with sales efforts, including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics.
- Delivering sales presentations to clients and responding to RFPs.
- Using experience of client‑facing engagements to build a positive project relationship, run workshops and lead clients to success.
- Designing and developing Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Teams Toolkit Agents to meet client requirements.
- Leading a team of experts to collaborate and drive success in delivering solutions.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams under challenging circumstances to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
- Sharing practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and extensibility knowledge with the global Avanade
