Support local and international colleagues with candidate ideas and sources
Develop strong market knowledge by capturing market insights gathered during the course of a project and share with expert team colleagues and consultants
Maintain the highest quality information by monitoring and tracking relevant market developments, company updates and people moves, updating the internal database where necessary
Alert colleagues to key people moves and market changes,



highlighting potential business development opportunities

The successful candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and has a strong interest in executive search and consultancy environments.
The role requires solid analytical and project management skills, strong attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
The ability to produce clear, high impact documents and presentations, alongside fluency and adaptability in the use of AI tools, is essential.
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong collaboration skills in multicultural settings, combined with a high degree of personal flexibility.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
