As the Senior Product Engineer II you play a pivotal role in guiding the software development and product engineering teams through highly complex technical challenges, requiring deep analytical and problem-solving skills. You will start with a unique blend of hands‐on, high‐impact development and technical leadership, evolving into a strategic orchestrator as your team grows to eliminate planning complexities and streamline cross‐team communication.

Day‐to‐Day
Lead the analysis and resolution of complex technical issues by applying advanced knowledge and evaluating a variety of factors to determine the most effective methods and procedures.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to address intricate technical challenges, utilizing in‐depth professional expertise and understanding of company objectives.
Mentor and guide team members in applying advanced concepts and techniques, fostering professional growth and ensuring the team's work aligns with departmental goals.
