Overview The ICT Infrastructure Specialist reports directly to the ICT Enterprise Infrastructure Architect and is responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization's core Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure. The role requires close collaboration with IT professionals and business teams to ensure smooth operations, while optimizing infrastructure performance and resolving issues with a high degree of autonomy. Guarantee the availability, security, and reliability of ICT systems that support daily business operations, while enabling scalability, automation, and continuous improvement to support digital transformation and business growth. Responsibilities Infrastructure Implementation & Optimization: Install, configure, and deploy servers, network devices, and storage systems. Infrastructure Implementation & Optimization: Support adoption of virtualization and cloud technologies.
