Your responsibilities
Supporting the executive chef in the kitchen in all matters
Organising and managing all areas of the kitchen and food preparation across all restaurant areas in the absence of the head chef
Independent management of an assigned position
Compliance with HACCP standards throughout the kitchen
Helping to develop an exciting à la carte concept and implementing ideas
Maintaining all other quality standards
Continuously motivating the team and maintaining excellent interaction with colleagues and guests
Your profile
Professional with several years of management experience in fine dining in a comparable position
Creativity and a high level of quality awareness
Commitment, initiative and dedication
Sense of responsibility, decision‐making ability and resilience
Leadership qualities, organisational skills and confidence in negotiations
Very good knowledge of German and Italian; knowledge of English is an advantage

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
