OverviewIn this role you will support Richemont's HSE strategy across all Maisons, partnering with the external RSPP to drive health, safety and environmental initiatives. You'll oversee risk assessment, incident investigations, audits, and contractor management to protect people and operations. This position offers meaningful impact through cross-site collaboration and contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail environment.ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage HSE activities across operationsPlan and deliver engaging HSE training to enhance awareness and complianceEnsure adherence to Richemont HSE policies, standards, and guidanceDevelop and communicate robust safety and environmental plans, including emergenciesBuild HSE capability of site staff and subcontractorsCoordinate HSE inductions, audits, inspections,



and compliance checks (fire safety, H&S;)Lead incident investigations with the external RSPP and identify root causesProvide expert risk assessment support and develop mitigation strategiesManage contractor and supplier HSE complianceEngage stakeholders to promote HSE awareness and collaborationDevelop and implement performance measurement systems for HSEDrive continuous improvement by analyzing trends and proposing solutionsParticipate in Local HS&E; Management Committee with the external RSPPRequirementsProven experience as an HSE Specialist, preferably in retail or multi-site environmentsSolid xrdztoy understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001Bachelor in Science, Engineering, or related technical fieldASPP certification highly desirableNative Italian; fluent in English; French proficiency is a plusStrong problem‐solving, communication, and influencing skillsExcellent planning, organization,
