Overview As the Sales Representative , you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, primarily through acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will play a key role in representing Rhenus Air & Ocean, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored logistics solutions that meet their business objectives. Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Italy. Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients within the logistics and supply chain sectors. Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Sales Presentations :
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our logistics services. Negotiation : Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer. Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market demands. Reporting : Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, detailing progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement. Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within global forwarding. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Proven track record of meeting
