Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and shape OTC SAP initiatives within a global, cross-functional team. You will analyze business issues, define solutions, and drive changes in the order-to-cash domain, working closely with stakeholders and external partners. You'll coordinate incident, change, portfolio, and project activities and contribute to digitalization efforts while harmonizing processes across regions. This is a hands‐on, impact‐driven position at an established company with a strong culture of collaboration and growth. Retribuzione / Benefits Analyze and define solutions across Incident, Change, Portfolio, and Project processes in OTC and interfacing ERP areas Lead OTC projects and initiatives; review requirements and draft functional and system design specifications Recommend technical solutions and support changes in the OTC landscape Collaborate with FTM, PTP,
and DTS consultants Provide 2nd/3rd level support Drive digitalization and manage external AMS partners Promote process harmonization and build a global process catalog Responsabilità Bachelor in Information Technology or similar Excellent English; good Italian 7+ years of SAP OTC experience Deep OTC domain knowledge; MTO, MTS, Service to Cash, STOs End-to-End process customizing and integration; familiarity with related SAP ERP streams (PTP, DTS) Experience in Full-Circle Implementations Basic ABAP knowledge is advantageous Strong communication, problem‐solving, independence, teamwork, and customer orientation Professional experience in international projects; German language is a plus Requisiti fondamentali Hybrid work model Global team Welcoming and collaborative culture Open company culture Growth and development opportunities Supportive environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
