Experteer Overview As Category Manager Technology at Accenture, you lead the local execution of global and regional IT category strategies in Italy, building and guiding the local Technology Procurement Plus team. You drive cost savings, supplier performance, and compliance while aligning sourcing with local business planning. You will design RFPs, lead competitive sourcing, and implement preferred buying channels. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and supplier management, delivering value for the technology function.

Develop and manage the local Technology Procurement Plus team and initiatives
Implement global/regional sourcing strategies at country level
Drive cost savings, service excellence, compliance and planning support
Define and manage supplier KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives




Lead contract implementation and usage of preferred buying channels
Design RFPs and conduct competitive sourcing processes
Responsabilità At least 9 years in procurement or category management, including IT/Technology focus
Experience in a matrix organization with on-shore and near-shore stakeholders and teams
Strong analytical, presentation, communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
Relationship management and proactive, customer-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple projects with prioritization and flexibility
Degree and fluency in English

Experience in budgeting and local market planning (implied)
