Experteer Overview As a Business Controller, you will act as a strategic partner to business units, driving performance and profitability through insightful financial analysis and cross-functional collaboration. You will own budgeting, planning, cost management, and performance reporting to support long-term strategy and operational objectives. You'll work with commercial teams to align financial goals with market dynamics, tackling margin optimization and sales performance insights. Responsibilities Act as trusted advisor to senior management, aligning business strategies with financial goals and market dynamics Develop and monitor key financial metrics; oversee reporting of revenue, margins,
