Experteer Overview In this role you will support the RSD North America Pricing team, turning data into actionable pricing insights to influence decisions across the Fisher Scientific distribution channel. You will partner with Commercial, Product Management, and Marketing to shape pricing strategies and standard methods. You will build and scale analytics, automate dashboards, and lead ad hoc analyses to uncover opportunities for price growth. This position offers a meaningful chance to impact profitability and customer value through data-driven pricing.
Retribuzione / Benefits Develop, automate, and scale data analytics and data visualization to measure business performance (pricing/promo effectiveness, share, acquisition/retention, win/loss).
Own in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for price growth and expansion, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
Establish, improve, and maintain tools supporting pricing decisions, win/loss analysis, predictive modeling,



and other critical analyses.
Perform ad hoc data analyses on customer, product, and market dynamics.
Coordinate with Commercial, Product Management, and Marketing leaders to guide pricing processes across dimensions and drive related strategies, processes, and systems.
Responsabilità Advanced degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years in pricing analytics or related field.
Detail oriented, organized, and analytical with a commercial orientation.
Ability to work independently with broad mentorship and manage multiple projects.
Strong interpersonal skills to build constructive relationships.
Proficient in SQL Server Management Studio, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint.
