Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for innovative digital solutions focused on Generative AI.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships to collect requirements and feedback.
- Identify market opportunities and emerging technologies to drive the development of new digital products.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog using Agile/Scrum or Kanban practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to plan product launches.
- Monitor product KPIs, define success metrics, and report performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, especially within financial and insurance sectors.

Essential Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in a Product Owner role.
- Proven track record managing innovative digital products.
- In‑depth knowledge of Generative AI technologies (LLM, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and their business applications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Understanding of software architecture, APIs,



and cloud computing.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related disciplines preferred.
- Native Italian speaker; fluent in English.

Preferred Requirements
- Experience in banking, insurance, or broader financial services.
- Knowledge of financial regulations such as GDPR and MiFIDII.
- Experience in user‑centered design and UX/UI.

- Ability to work in dynamic, multitasking environments.
- Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and innovation aptitude.
