Purpose
As Continuous Improvement Specialist,



you are responsible for performing all continuous improvement key activities of a Learning Organization.
Responsibilities
Performance Investigations
- Lead all assigned investigations relating to quality issues and complete them within the agreed timeframe.
- Review, verify and cross‑check data/evidence including interview outcomes.
- Identify root cause(s) and propose and agree corrective actions with responsible parties or action owners.

Improvement Coordination
- Structure overall findings and ensure alignment and prioritization with relevant authorities.
- Request responsible parties or action owners to propose corrective actions with deliverables and a target completion date.
- Perform surveys of implementation of corrective actions by the business and prepare the survey report.
- Monitor and follow‑up completion of corrective actions.
- Assess return on experience and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
