The Hoxton has officially opened in Florence – the capital of Tuscany and a city famed for its Renaissance masterpieces, stunning architecture, and iconic landmarks. Bursting with culture (and as the birthplace of gelato), Florence felt like the perfect spot to become our second home in Italy.
The Hoxton in Florence feature 161 beautiful bedrooms of varying sizes, a large ground floor restaurant, bar, lobby, rooftop and courtyard. There is also a basement meeting and events space.
The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never just been about offering a bed for the night. We want to be more than that: proving style doesn’t need to be sacrificed for good value and providing a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and immerse themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.

Lead a dynamic team, overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets, including a diverse events space.
Drive revenue through strategic management of commercial initiatives with the leadership team. Have a firm grip on the P&L; and take ownership over the costs of the business, always striving to find efficient solutions whilst keeping the quality high and the experience top notch.
Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development and to ensure food quality
