Job Description
The next Operations Director reporting to the CEO will be responsible for the following activities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability across all departments.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and full alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Directly coordinate and manage four functional leaders (Production, Machining, Procurement, and Planning), fostering cross‐functional integration and managerial development across a workforce of 100+ headcount.
- Design and implement robust operational processes and best practices, with a strong focus on control, scalability,



and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with C‐suite executives to drive business growth, profitability, and organisational performance.
- Monitor and analyse operational and industrial KPIs, optimising resource allocation and supporting data‐driven decision‐making.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all manufacturing processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high‐performing teams, promoting a culture centred on performance, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to meet operational and strategic goals.
- Analyse financial and operational results, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing concrete actions to enhance profitability and growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation, embedding efficiency and innovation at all levels.
