Your future team
Holidu offers a software and service solution which helps hosts manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. You will be a member of a dynamic, growing team and have responsibility for our local office in Bolzano. Your responsibility will be to successfully lead the team and ensure great team spirit. either by cheering each other on in the office or by doing team events.
Your role in this journey
- Be responsible for the achievement of our ambitious targets by managing a high-performing sales and account management team responsible for the South Tyrol market.
- Be directly responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in the region, acquiring new hosts, and building long-term relationships.
- Train and coach your team, fostering team spirit through motivational initiatives to achieve your area targets.
- Manage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers.
- Continue building and strengthening the Holidu brand presence in your area.
- Work together with the Head of Sales & Account Management and provide feedback to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices.
