Experteer Overview In this role you support PMO coordination across project initiatives, working with Project Managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure governance, planning, and control. You will contribute to project reporting, data consolidation, and continuous improvement of PM processes. The position sits within TXT Novigo, part of the TXT Group, offering exposure to diverse fintech projects and hybrid working options. You will help drive efficient project delivery and alignment with client and internal teams. Retribuzione / Benefits Support Project Managers in planning, organizing and monitoring project activities Prepare and maintain project documentation, work plans, and management reporting Monitor progress, deadlines, milestones, risks and issues with effective stakeholder communication Collaborate in collection,



analysis and consolidation of project data for governance Support capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple projects Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes, methodologies and tools Participate in project governance activities and alignment meetings with clients and internal teams Responsabilità At least 5 years of experience as a PMO or in similar roles within Fintech or IT consulting Proven experience in monitoring and coordinating complex projects Strong knowledge of project planning, reporting and project control tools (preferably Jira) and PPM solutions Excellent analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies Good command of the English language Requisiti fondamentali Flexible working hours Lavoro da remoto option Continuous training for professional growth Part of TXT Group Diverse project exposure Permanent contract #J-18808-Ljbffr
