About The Role




We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hardworking F&B; Attendant – Steward to join our prestigious team at Four Seasons Milano, Italy If you are passionate about cleanliness and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
General Tasks:
Assisting with the waste disposal process, ensuring waste is disposed of correctly and efficiently.
Supporting the culinary team by cleaning work areas and maintaining cleanliness throughout the service.
Assisting in managing dishwashing areas and keeping track of dishwashing supplies.
Ensuring that all areas, both in the kitchen and banquet facilities, remain clean and organized throughout events.
Stewarding:
Ensuring all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use.
Assisting with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations, ensuring all areas are properly stocked and organized.
Complying with food safety and sanitation standards, following established protoco
