Your future team
Become a key member of our Sardinia Sales Team while working remotely from Olbia. As we expand our presence in Italy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the establishment and success of our team in Sardinia. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and culture of a dynamic and ambitious team. As a key member of the Sardinia team, you will collaborate with colleagues to drive our mission forward while fostering a motivated and innovative work environment.
Please note: This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract (not an internship),



and any potential extension or permanent opportunity will depend on future team needs that cannot be foreseen or guaranteed.
Your role in this journey
Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies (mostly by cold calling) to find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs.
Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Be rigorous in activity tracking and monitor your completion of monthly targets.
Conduct regular business trips to your focus regions and gain valuable market insights.
Support the onboarding process of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams at Holidu.
Help in organising events to promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.
Travel to our Cagliari office for one working week per quarter, accommodation costs covered by the company, to collaborate closely with your team
