Experteer Overview In this role you will shape autonomous flight solutions within the Automation & Autonomy team. You will deploy and validate autonomy algorithms on target hardware, ensuring safe, certifiable software and scalable CI/CD practices. You collaborate across cross‐functional teams to align roadmaps with technical leadership, driving robust onboard software for aerospace applications. This position offers hands‐on work with hardware integration, prototyping, and evolving architectures in a safety‐critical domain. assess efficiency and bottlenecks Build and enforce CI/CD pipelines and coding standards to ensure certifiability Review avionic architectures and propose enhanced solutions for future development Standardize workflows for onboard algorithm deployment and automated testing Engage with Roadmap Manager, Technical Leader, and cross‐functional teams to steer project direction Collaborate within a structured Agile/Scrum workflow and align with Technology & Innovation initiatives Responsabilità Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering 5 to 10 years of professional experience (or strong Expert profile 3+ years) Proficiency in C++ (OOP) and C for embedded systems Experience with DO-178 C, ECSS-E-ST-40, or ISO 26262 Hands‐on hardware integration of sensors and compute hardware (CPU/GPU/MCU/FPGA) for aerospace/automotive applications Deep knowledge of CAN, ARINC429/825, SPACE‐CAN, AFDX RTOS experience (e.g., Green Hills) and robotic middleware (ROS/ROS2, MQTT) AI deployment tools (NVIDIA CUDA, Tensor RT) Docker and Singularity for containerization Electronics, power systems, So C, and circuit design knowledge Autonomy concepts: visio
