We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting & Administration Specialist to support the day-to-day finance, accounting, and administrative operations of our Italy entity.
This role will work closely with external accounting, payroll, and labor consultants, while coordinating with internal stakeholders in Italy and the Group headquarters. Coordinate with external accounting firms on bookkeeping, VAT filings, statutory accounting matters, and related documentation.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice review, payment follow‐up, and records maintenance.
Assist with monthly closing activities and prepare financial data or reports required by Group headquarters.
