Territory Manager – Piemonte
Reports directly to the National Sales Manager and is responsible for selling and developing the market for Convatec's Continence Care solutions within the Piemonte region.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company by communicating its values and the portfolio of products and services.
Maximize sales performance by establishing solid relationships with doctors, nurses and non‐clinical stakeholders, and by acquiring detailed information on patient and user needs.
Achieve sales objectives and monthly, quarterly and annual activities.
Generate contacts and new prescriptions, protect them from competitors, and provide service to patients.
Adapt sales techniques to the situation, interlocutor and field opportunities.
Analyze sales and market data to make informed business decisions.
Participate in and lead medical/hospital meetings.
Participate in local and national events and congresses.
Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Tasks
Qualify, develop and maintain commercial relationships with contacts.
Keep product and market knowledge up to date.
Identify opportunities in the territory and implement plans to seize them.
Generate leads, new prescriptions and develop relationships with doctors, nurses, health authorities, hospitals and patients.
Update activities in CRM accurately and in detail.
Build a consistent and lasting base of end users.
Execute the sales strategy with a planned weekly visit schedule, think outside the box, and develop new sales tactics.
Collaborate with the business unit to design local educational and marketing initiatives specific to the territory.
Use tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, ShowPad and Power BI to monitor sales and activities and adopt an effective sales process.
Prepare and conduct end‐of‐month, end‐of‐trimester and end‐of‐year business data reviews with the sales director.
Qualifications and Capabilities
University degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
3–5 years of hospital and/or territorial sales experience, prefera
