Experteer Overview In this role you drive HVDC/EHV projects within Arup's Energy and Infrastructure team in Europe. You contribute to the design of HVAC/HVDC packages across all design stages and lead collaborative delivery for transmission and distribution projects. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders and present technical solutions to clients and authorities. This is a chance to shape high-impact power infrastructure, from interconnectors to offshore schemes, in a globally connected, innovation-driven firm. Retribuzione / Benefits Collaborate in an interdisciplinary team to deliver T&D; projects Lead design of HVAC and/or HVDC packages from concept to hand-over Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders including clients and other disciplines Present technical solutions to clients,
contractors and authorities Responsabilità Qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Power Systems Experience providing power system consultancy for transmission/distribution utilities and HVDC developers Knowledge of European/international grid connection processes and grid codes Project and client management experience on project tasks Extensive knowledge of HVDC technologies and converter station layouts Experience with HVDC projects including interconnectors and onshore/offshore schemes Software proficiency in Power Factory, PSS/E, IPSA, ETAP, PSCAD, EMTP-ATP, ERACS and SKM Capable in DPL, Python or similar modelling languages Experience in insulation coordination studies and protection settings coordination Requisiti fondamentali Professional growth & development Global opportunities Competitive salary & profit sharing Flexible working (full-time/tempo parziale, remote up to 3 days/week, cross-border travel) Company pension scheme, disability insurance, mobility benefits Daycare subsidy and Berlin partnership for daycare #J-18808-Ljbffr
