About The Role

As an Electronics Engineer, you will design, develop and validate advanced electronics solutions for Versuni’s coffee product portfolio. You will play a critical role in creating innovative hardware and embedded solutions that deliver outstanding product performance, reliability and consumer value.
You will be part of Versuni’s Innovation & Development team: an international, multicultural organization that encourages collaboration, innovation and technical excellence. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with hands-on engineering to bring high-quality solutions from idea to mass production.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Design, develop and validate electronic systems, modules and components based on product and consumer requirements
- Define and optimize technical solutions balancing performance, quality, reliability and cost
- Lead electronics design activities for new product development and product improvement initiatives
- Develop, test and implement embedded software solutions in close interaction with hardware systems
- Design,



realize and verify electronics architectures and technical solutions
- Support component selection, circuit design and validation of electronic boards and modules
- Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution of technical issues during development and validation
- Ensure smooth transition from design to manufacturing at scale
- Develop and improve testing, validation and quality control procedures
- Collaborate closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to accelerate innovation and product delivery
- Support continuous improvement initiatives based on consumer feedback, field performance and product learnings

The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in electronics engineering within consumer electronics, automotive or industrial environments
