The Bushings Sales Specialist will manage the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process for the Bushings product line, coordinating between customer inquiries and the sales and engineering teams.

We are looking for an exceptional Bushings Sales Specialist to join our Sales team based in Sesto San Giovanni, Italy, and support the Global Bushings Sales Team.
Let’s Talk about the Role
The role combines commercial awareness with technical expertise, defining solutions, coordinating costing and lead times, ensuring accurate handover into execution phases, and working cross‑functionally across Sales, Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
How You Will Make a Difference
Manage customer inquiries across the full ITO process, from technical definition to costing and price generation.
Support Sales Managers with technical input and commercial coordination for customer proposals.
Define technical solutions that meet customer specifications, collaborating with Tendering teams when needed.
Establish product costing and lead times with Procurement,



Supply Chain, and Tendering stakeholders.
Ensure accurate tracking of technical specifications and costing data to support contract execution.
Contribute to a strong handover into the Order‑to‑Revenue (OTR) phase to enable successful product customization and implementation.
Resolve technical and commercial support issues, escalating complex matters as required.
Skills for Success
Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
Capability to manage documentation, process tracking, and quotation activity with strong attention to detail.
Understanding of customer specifications and translating them into practical technical solutions.
Expertise in technical support, costing, quotation preparation, and lead time definition.
Strong command of English; Italian is an advantage.
