Milano Delivery Lead – Lead with excellence and a collaborative spirit at Avanade, overseeing projects across industries. Responsibilities include ensuring timely, on‐budget delivery aligned with strategic objectives. What you will do Client Management Serve as primary point of contact, maintaining strong relationships. Understand client needs and communicate them to the delivery team. Update clients on progress, manage expectations, and address issues promptly. Collaborate with Sales Accounts to grow the business. Project Delivery Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and manage schedules. Monitor performance, report progress, and adjust plans. Team Leadership Oversee team of project managers and coordinators. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative, high‐performance culture. Manage multiple projects under pressure.



Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes. Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with policies and standards. Risk Management Identify and mitigate project risks. Monitor and manage risks and issues, escalating as needed. Understand industry landscape and emerging technologies. Anticipate client needs and identify new business opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or PMP preferred. 5-10 years of experience in project or delivery management. Proven experience managing end‐to‐end, complex, system integration projects on multiple technologies. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello). Compensation Base salary range: €43,500 – €79,500 (per annum). #J-18808-Ljbffr
