We are looking for a motivated Spanish and Italian speaking professional who thrives in working closely with clients, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, trusting relationships. The role involves close collaboration with our clients, supporting networks of customers and partners in their daily use of our platform, and working across business, operations, and product-related activities. Management and further development of our service provider network
Management of key clients, particularly insurance companies
Onboarding, training, and ongoing support for platform users




Participation in testing and quality assurance of new functionalities
Fluent in English and Ita lian, with native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (required)
Completed degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Information Systems or other relevant degrees, or vocational training with relevant professional experience
Ideally initial experience in provider network management (e.g., insurance, brokers or online platforms, real estate companies)
Hybrid working
