Overview Experteer Overview As Isotope Project Lead, you drive the development and optimization of radioisotope production and purification processes to support Life Cycle Management of RLT products. You will align cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with development centers and CMOs to advance new production technologies. You will identify strategic partners, evaluate new programs, and ensure timely, compliant execution across global markets. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping isotope strategies and delivering scalable solutions in a regulated environment. Responsibilities Manage inter-functional project plans and budgets using the project planning tool Identify bottlenecks and propose remedies within projects Contribute to Radioisotope TRD activities and maintain technological surveillance Identify and evaluate new programs and support development through late-stage supply Participate in isotope development programs in line with global isotope strategy and timelines Identify external partners for research collaborations to develop new production technologies Implement strategic policies for method selection and evaluation criteria Establish budgets, schedules, and performance requirements; represent the area in Global Project Teams Report technical complaints/adverse events related to Novartis products within 24 hours Qualifications BSc in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent) Desirable MSc/Ph D or equivalent Desirable radiochemistry degree with nuclear medicine knowledge Minimum 5 years of directly related scientific experience Proven project leadership across all project phases Strong understanding of Pharma, GMP, validation and regulatory aspects Solid data handling and applied statistics experience Strong risk assessment and risk management skills Quality-oriented with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to define and implement productiv
