Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Service Now Technical Lead to join our team and play a critical role in leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our Service Now platform supporting our GEO and LEO satellite services. In this position, you'll work closely with product managers, IT engineers, and process owners, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. What You'll Do Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Service Now Platform, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals. Oversee the configuration and administration of Service Now platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization and supports effective service delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Review business processes to leverage Service Now platform capabilities for improvement. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to define and document ITSM policies, procedures, and workflows. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines. Analyze service performance metrics and reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization. Act as a liaison between IT and business
