Experteer Overview As part of the European Category Technical Application Group, you lead product development from lab to industrial scale and validate new raw materials. You support industrialization, manage regional recipe and material specs, and guide cost optimization and material substitutions. You'll work with cross‐functional teams across Europe and ensure standards are deployed in factories. This role blends technical excellence with a focus on consumer‐facing quality and innovation, in a mission‐driven Nestlé context. customize and localize recipes at lab scale Lead Renovation and Innovation projects with optimization opportunities Oversee deployment of new products aligned with zone priorities Provide technical expertise to cross‐functional teams Ensure standards deployment across factories with local teams Deliver training to manufacturing support teams and factory experts Responsabilità 3-5 years of experience in R&D; or product development in Food & Beverage Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to work cross‐functionally on multi‐stakeholder projects Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks Good understanding of industrial processes and related challenges Strong quality mindset and customer satisfaction focus Results‐oriented with ability to manage complex projects and challenges Willingness to travel within Italy and Europe #J-18808-Ljbffr
