You will lead competitive compensation and benefits design, and oversee annual cycles and policy governance. You'll steer job architecture, benchmarking, and cross-country harmonization to support business goals and budget alignment. Retribuzione / Benefits Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with company strategy and market benchmarks
Lead annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, STIP/LTIP, retention initiatives and promotions
Provide guidance on compensation for new hires, internal mobility, and critical roles with cross-geo consistency
Partner with Finance and People Business Partners to align rewards with budget and workforce planning assumptions




Maintain and evolve job architecture and role benchmarking for clarity and alignment
Lead benefits harmonization across countries ensuring cost sustainability and EVP alignment
Define and update compensation-related policies and guidelines with governance and market alignment
Ensure accuracy, governance, and documentation of compensation and benefits data in Workday
Define and monitor workforce plans, aligning with priorities and financial targets
Provide data-driven insights on headcount evolution and workforce costs for informed decisions
Ensure data quality and governance across systems and reporting tools
Responsabilità Degree in HR, Economics, Business or related field
6-8+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits and Workforce Planning
Experience in international and matrix organizations
Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
Advanced Excel and HRIS knowledge (Workday or comparable system)
