Overview As a Cloud and Microsoft 365 Solution Architect, you will join the IT Infrastructure team to shape centralized cloud governance, drive cost-efficient cloud operations, and enable seamless collaboration across the organization. You will oversee Teams, Share Point, Exchange Online, and the Power Platform, aligning data governance with enterprise goals. You'll also lead responsible use of Microsoft Copilot to boost productivity while ensuring compliance. This role supports Saipem's mission to innovate safely at scale in a global energy environment, with a hybrid work setup in Milan. Responsibilities Develop and implement centralized cloud governance strategies and policies Manage cloud provider environments ensuring compliance with standards and best practices Monitor and optimize cloud costs for opportunities of savings Govern adoption and performance of Teams, Share Point, and Exchange Online including service performance and user satisfaction Supervise integration of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)



and align data governance with enterprise goals Oversee adoption and responsible use of Microsoft Copilot across the organization, aligning with productivity, compliance and user enablement Qualifications 5+ years experience in the role Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or technical disciplines In-depth knowledge of one of the major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) governance Knowledge of cloud strategy, adoption and workload migration to the cloud Knowledge of governance of Cloud services and of server/storage/networking/security/virtualization and major OS and DBMS versions (SQL, no SQL) Basic Dev Ops skills and familiarity with main application solutions to support related processes Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Azure AD, Exchange Online, Share Point, Teams, Power Platform) and security/compliance tools Benefits Health insurance Internal gym Discounts and partnerships Well-being services
