Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design, installation and start-up of automated production and warehouse systems at a new manufacturing site. You work within a global quality- and safety-focused organization to ensure capital projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, apply lean methods, and uphold Nestlé Purina standards. This is a hands‐on position with a strong emphasis on safety, cost control and rapid problem solving. and Quality Management System documents Oversee project budget and track expenditures to deliver cost-effective automation projects Troubleshoot and elevate bottlenecks in a fast‐paced environment Coach staff and promote safety, inclusion and cross‐functional collaboration Drive continuous improvements through training, coaching and follow‐ups Meet project expectations in a timely and professional manner Responsabilità Automation project experience (min 2 years) in engineering development, commissioning and implementation of automated warehousing solutions (ASRS, AGVs, high‐bay storage, conveyors) Strong knowledge of machine safety (ISO/OSHA) CAPEX budget administration experience and Lean methodologies Results‐oriented with problem‐solving mindset in fast‐paced settings Fulfillment center operations experience Foundational knowledge of logistics, electrical engineering, automation controls (PLCs/SCADA/WMS/WCS) and digital manufacturing Cultural leadership promoting ethics, inclusion and team synergy Req
