Overview
On behalf of a fast-growing international beauty company, we are seeking a Global E-Commerce Manager to join a dynamic, innovation-driven organization. The company operates globally with a portfolio of established brands and a strong focus on omnichannel growth, digital commerce excellence, and online commercial performance.
Responsibilities
Manage strategic global e-commerce accounts, building strong, long-term customer relationships.
Support commercial activities across omnichannel and B&M.com; channels, ensuring seamless integration between online and offline sales.
Monitor and analyze sell-out performance, identifying opportunities to drive growth and improve business results.
Develop guidelines for e-retail partners to ensure consistent brand presence and execution across international markets.
Standardize workflows and processes for new product launches, ensuring efficient and successful go-to-market execution.
Develop and optimize business development processes to support the continued growth of the international e-commerce business.
Prepare internal reports,
performance analyses, and presentations for key business stakeholders.
Oversee price monitoring initiatives and digital shelf projects to ensure online competitiveness and brand consistency.
Collaborate on retail media strategies to maximize brand visibility, customer engagement, and return on investment across digital platforms.
Coordinate with licensors and external partners to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and global standards.
About You
Proven experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or key account management, ideally within the beauty, or consumer goods industries.
Strong commercial mindset combined with excellent analytical skills.
Experience managing international customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Solid understanding of digital shelf optimization, pricing strategies, and retail media.
Ability to develop scalable processes and manage complex operational initiatives.
