Experteer Overview In this role you will drive procurement and supplier collaboration to ensure cost, availability, and quality for production and projects. You'll work with R&D;, strategic buyers, and operations to manage RFQs, supplier selection, and BOM costing while supporting ERP and MRP-driven planning. The position emphasizes process excellence, project sourcing, and AI-enabled improvements within a global manufacturing context. You will contribute to on-time delivery and cross-functional alignment in a Top Employer environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Process purchase orders and expediting as needed Clarify supplier issues and communicate demand, volume,



and delivery times Execute purchasing processes per category management principles Support Finance with invoice verification Manage price lists and BOM costing for sourcing Coordinate material shipments and supplier base for on-time delivery Perform supplier management to meet delivery KPIs Analyze MRPs and other systems to determine production needs Lead project-focused sourcing, RFQs, and supplier selection in line with strategy Provide procurement inputs to project teams and stakeholders Responsabilità Experience in operational procurement ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred) Fluent English and Italian Analytical skills and cost/data analysis Ability to work in a matrix organization Problem solving and ownership orientation MS Office proficiency Availability for short business trips Exposure to manufacturing/service operations Requisiti fondamentali Top Employer certification employee development and growth opportunities variable compensation potential discussed benefits during selection process #J-18808-Ljbffr
