Overview We are looking for a Sustaining Engineer at Clivet, whose focus will be HVAC systems, thermodynamic simulations, and ensuring custom designs meet efficiency and reliability standards. Responsibilities Special Project Lead: Evaluate unique project requirements and propose robust technical solutions, providing pre-sales support. Precision Sizing: Perform component selection and advanced thermodynamic simulations. Documentation Mastery: Manage the full lifecycle of technical quotations and proposal documentation. Portfolio Deep-Dive: Master the entire Clivet HVAC portfolio. Product Evolution: Maintain and update mature projects. Order & Testing Support: Support order management flow and lead customer witness tests. After-Sales Anchor: Provide high-level technical support for complex post-installation issues. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between Sales, Engineering, and Customer teams. Qualifications Hardcore Engineering Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Energy Engineering.



HVAC Industry Veteran: Proven experience in HVAC applications. Custom Mindset: Strong organizational and leadership skills managing customized unit orders. Thermodynamic Fluency: Ability to perform complex simulations and component selections. Communication: Fluent in English. Preferred Skills Experience with Clivet products or similar high-capacity HVAC systems. Client-facing technical role experience, representing the company during factory tests and technical reviews.
