Overview In this role you will support the management of the Group Internal Regulations System, guiding drafting, approval, and monitoring processes. You will coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure coherent, compliant internal regulations and drive simplification using digital tools. You will prepare monthly reporting for Top Management and support projects impacting the regulatory framework. The position sits in the Group Internal Regulations and Functional Governance unit, contributing to a governance-driven, risk-aware culture. Benefits Support and guide Group Head Office functions and Group legal entities in managing Group internal regulations across issuance, update, approval, communication, implementation and monitoring Manage the issuance/update plan for Group internal regulations aligned to regulatory, organizational and strategic needs Support issuance and updating activities by defining objectives and contents in line with regulatory requirements and stakeholder input Assist drafting to ensure adherence to formal and drafting standards,



maintaining coherence and homogeneity Identify content inconsistencies and promote simplification and rationalization of the regulatory framework Monitor internal validation process, liaising with compliance, risk management, organization and corporate affairs Prepare monthly reports for Top Management/Board to support approval/update of regulations Provide advisory support to Group projects with impact on the internal regulations system Drive simplification initiatives through AI and digital tools adoption Responsibilities Degree in Law, Economics, Management Engineering or related fields 5-10 years in regulations management, governance, or related functions with focus on process taxonomy or Key Functions experience Familiarity with insurance and/or investment processes, internal control systems and corporate governance Familiarity with AI and digital tools supporting governance and process efficiency Italian and Eng
