We work across hosts, guests and partners to keep bookings running smoothly, and we very much like spending time together, sharing food and doing fun team events.
As part of the team, you will be the voice of the customer: solving problems, supporting hosts and guests every day, and feeding what you learn back into the product so Holidu keeps getting better.




Please note: This position is a 12-month fixed‐term contract (not an internship), and any potential extension or permanent opportunity will depend on future team needs that cannot be foreseen or guaranteed.
Your role in this journey
Support hosts with managing their properties across channels including Booking.com and Airbnb.
Help guests manage their bookings efficiently via phone, email and WhatsApp.
Communicate with partners such as Booking.com and Airbnb to solve problems in the booking process.
Be the voice of the customer, passing requirements and potential issues to the product team to improve Holidu every day.
Play an active part in finding ways to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Cooperate closely with Product, Sales and Account Management to develop the guest and homeowner experience.
