This includes testing new features and ensuring data integrity.* Develop clear documentation to standardize and refine new lead management workflows across various digital channels, ensuring consistent and efficient handling of leads from both direct and indirect customers.* Actively assist in defining, mapping, and documenting campaign efficiency best practices and lead routing rules, optimizing the speed and quality of lead handover to
