Additionally, in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world.Summary:We are seeking a Quality Manager responsible for developing and implementing a Quality strategy that delivers measurable business value by driving process improvements, enhancing customer satisfaction and improving profitability.The Quality Manager will drive local quality processes across the Italian plants and ensure alignment with corporate and regulatory standards.He/she handles non-conformities, guides suppliers toward shared quality requirements, collaborates closely with production and logistics, engineering, procurement and sales,



field and supplier quality organizations in line with the H&W; Business Unit Quality Strategy to ensure process consistency.Duties and responsibilitiesIn this strategic and operational role he/she will:define and maintain processes that ensure products compliance with specifications and regulationsparticipate in design activitiesestablish standards and control methods, define and track quality KPIs at local levelcoordinate internal and external audits to verify compliance, effectiveness, and traceabilitydevelop policies and proceduresdirect and coordinate overall quality specificationslead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, reduce defects and waste, and lower the cost of poor qualityEnsure synergies and training and development of quality personnel at each site.Coordinate the analysis of supplier non conformities, provide quality reports, drive improvement plansCollaborate on the assessment of new suppliers or change of suppliersQualificationsEducation: Degree in
