Experteer Overview As an HVAC Product Design Engineer at Trane Technologies, you design new HVAC products using thermodynamic expertise in an international, dynamic setting. You will develop, maintain, and improve products, perform thermodynamic calculations, and select key components to meet performance targets at minimum cost. You'll collaborate across functions, provide on-site/remote support to production, sales and after sales, and lead NPD projects to on-time delivery. This role supports our sustainability-driven mission in climate solutions. Sales and After Sales Lead NPD projects to ensure on-time delivery within project scope and PM procedures Responsabilità Strong thermodynamics expertise applied to chillers and heat pumps Experience in designing chillers and heat pumps and selecting components, with proficiency in relevant software tools Knowledge of standards and regulations for chillers and heat pumps Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure Excellent communication skills Languages: Italian and English (B2) At least 2 years of HVAC product design engineering experience Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) Requisiti fondamentali competitive compensation comprehensive benefits and programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
