Overview Experteer OverviewAs a Customer Orientation role, you build trusted, growth-focused relationships with Tier1 clients and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet business and technical expectations. You monitor client health, drive adoption, and support revenue growth through collaboration with Success, CPaa S Registrations, Platform Operations, and Revenue Assurance. You analyze traffic and forecast demand to maximize margin and gross profit. You contribute to internal tool improvements and shape the end-to-end customer experience. This role suits a proactive, cross-functional collaborator who can navigate complex organizations and communicate effectively. Retribuzione / Benefits Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Tier1 clients to support health and growth, including strategy sharing and roadmap alignment. Serve as the client focal point for business/technical expectations, handling escalations and coordinating adoption efforts across teams. Understand client structures for selecting and implementing new solutions.



Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs focused on gross profit, margin, and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborate with Customer Success for existing and future Saa S business. Coordinate with CPaa S Registrations and Platform Operations to ensure proper account setup and ongoing activity support. Work with Revenue Assurance to monitor health risks and ensure timely financial collections and netting. Analyze client traffic, forecast needs, and take actions to sustain growth and minimize losses. Responsabilità Minimum 4 years proven B2 B sales experience with quota attainment Fluent in English and Italian Knowledge of CPaa S, CCaa S, customer engagement and conversational AI; familiarity with related channels is a plus Strong ownership of revenue, margin, and retention metrics Ability to navigate complex customer organizations and coordinate multiple stakeholders Strategic, data-driven forecasting and performance analysis Confident co
